| Abstract: | В статье впервые предпринята попытка проанализировать особенности использования метафоры пути на материале Послания Владимира Путина Федеральному собранию 21 февраля 2023 года. Цель статьи заключается в выявлении того, как президент России с помощью метафоры пути описывает развитие страны на фоне военного конфликта с Украиной и санкций в отношении России, а также достигает поставленных коммуникативных целей. Теоретической базой исследования послужила теория метафорического моделирования. Выбор текста обусловлен тем, что обращение президента к Федеральному собранию считается одним из важнейших политических событий года. В ходе исследования нами была выделена наиболее широко использованная в Послании метафорическая модель «РАЗВИТИЕ СТРАНЫ — это ПУТЬ», а также были охарактеризованы фреймы и слоты названной модели. В. В. Путин использовал метафору пути с целью осветить внутреннюю и внешнюю политику страны, повысить уровень доверия народа к органам государственной власти, а также оказать влияние на общественное сознание через внушение идеи о необходимости консолидации. Результаты исследования могут быть применены в курсах по когнитивной лингвистике и политической коммуникации.
For the first time, the article attempts to analyze the specific features of using the metaphor of the way based on the material of V.V. Putin's Address to the Federal Assembly on February 21, 2023. The aim of the article is to identify how the President of Russia, using the metaphor of the way, describes the development of the country against the background of the military conflict with Ukraine and sanctions against Russia, and also achieves the communication goals set. The theoretical basis of the research is made up by the theory of metaphorical modeling. The choice of the text is due to the fact that the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly is considered one of the most important political events of the year. In the course of the study, the author identified the metaphorical model "THE DEVELOPMENT OF the COUNTRY is the WAY", which was most widely used in the Address, and also characterized the frames and the slots of this model. V.V. Putin used the metaphor of the way in order to highlight the home and foreign policy of the country, increase the level of people's trust in public authorities, as well as influence on the public consciousness through the suggestion of the idea of the need for consolidation. The results of the study can be applied in courses of cognitive linguistics and political communication. |
