Abstract:	漢語個體量詞究竟為何而存在，是漢語研究中一個很重要的問題。過去的普遍看法是漢語中所有普通名詞全是不可數名詞，因此個體量詞的出現是將原本不可數的語意變成可數的。本計畫從一個新的視角來探討這個議題，結合量性判斷(以比較句作為可數與不可數名詞的語意判斷依據)的近期研究，透過研究個體量詞在語法上的隱現及其呈現的語意差異，了解漢語普通名詞是否均為不可數名詞以及漢語個體量詞在名詞組中的語法語意角色為何。此計畫能讓我們對漢語名詞的語意有更深的認識，激發後續研究者重新思考漢語在語言類型學上的定位(如個體量詞的語法語意角色、名詞的可數與不可數等議題)。我們希望此計畫對漢語在現代語言學理論中的地位能有所提升。
