    Title: 臺北市立高級中學校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢關係之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市立高級中學校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢之現況,分析不同背景變項之教師在校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢之差異情形,探究校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢之相關情形,辨析校長分布式領導與教師專業資本對學校競爭優勢之預測力。

    本研究採行問卷調查法,選用之校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢問卷具有良好的信度與效度,研究對象為臺北市立高級中學教師,針對臺北市立37所高中,含2所國立高中,發出647份問卷,回收有效問卷577份,有效問卷回收率為89.18%;資料處理以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析,以及多元逐步迴歸分析之統計方法加以審視與深究。

    本研究囊獲結論如下:
    一、臺北市立高級中學教師對校長分布式領導的知覺程度現況屬於「中高程度」表現,以「校長專業自信與謙遜」之構面表現最佳。
    二、臺北市立高級中學教師對教師專業資本的知覺程度現況屬於「中高程度」表現,以「人力資本」之構面表現最佳。
    三、臺北市立高級中學教師對學校競爭優勢的知覺程度現況屬於「中高程度」表現,以「學校績效優勢」之構面表現最佳。
    四、臺北市立高級中學教師知覺校長分布式領導在「教師具大學學歷」、「服務年資10年以下」、「教師兼主任」、「男性校長」、「普高/技高/實高」、「學校區域在西區/南區/北區」,以及「學校規模在71班以上」等背景變項具有顯著差異。
    五、臺北市立高級中學教師知覺教師專業資本在「教師具大學學歷」、「教師兼主任」、「普高/技高/實高」,以及「學校區域在西區/南區」等背景變項具有顯著差異。
    六、臺北市立高級中學教師知覺學校競爭優勢在「男性教師」、「教師具大學學歷」、「教師兼主任」、「男性校長」、「普高/技高/實高」、「學校區域在西區/南區/北區」,以及「學校規模在51至70班/71班以上」等背景變項具有顯著差異。
    七、臺北市立高級中學校長分布式領導、教師專業資本與學校競爭優勢整體間具有高度正相關。
    八、臺北市立高級中學校長分布式領導與教師專業資本對學校競爭優勢具有預測力,以「建立信任的學校文化」的預測力最佳。

    最後,依據本研究結果提出建議,以供教育人員與後續相關研究參考。
    This study aims to examine the current situation of principals’ distributed leadership, professional capital of teachers, and school competitive advantages in Taipei municipal senior high schools. It analyzes variations among teachers with different backgrounds regarding perceptions of principals’ distributed leadership, professional capital of teachers, and school competitive advantages. The study also explores the relationships among these factors and assesses the predictive power of principals’ distributed leadership and professional capital of teachers on school competitive advantage.

    A questionnaire survey was conducted, employing instruments with strong reliability and validity for principals’ distributed leadership, professional capital of teachers, and school competitive advantages. The participants were teachers from 37 Taipei municipal high schools, including two national senior high schools, with a total of 647 questionnaires distributed and 577 valid responses collected, resulting in an effective response rate of 89.18%. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis to examine and investigate the findings.

    The main conclusions of this study are as follows:
    1. The perceived level of principals’ distributed leadership among Taipei municipal senior high school teachers is moderately high, with "principal professional confidence and humility" rated the highest.
    2. The perceived level of teacher professional capital is also moderately high, with "human capital" rated the highest.
    3. The perceived level of school competitive advantage is moderately high, with "school performance advantage" rated the highest.
    4. Significant differences in perceived principals’ distributed leadership exist among teachers based on "educational background," "years of service," "current position," "principal’s gender," "school type," "school district," and "school size."
    5. Significant differences in perceived teacher professional capital are observed based on "educational background," "current position," "school type," and "school district."
    6. Significant differences in perceived school competitive advantage exist based on "teacher gender," "educational background," "current position," "principal’s gender," "school type," "school district," and "school size."
    7. There is a high positive correlation among principals’ distributed leadership, professional capital of teachers, and school competitive advantage in Taipei municipal senior high schools.
    8. Principals’ distributed leadership and professional capital of teachers have predictive power for school competitive advantage, with "building a trustworthy school culture" showing the highest predictive power.

    Based on the findings, the study offers recommendations for educators and further research.
