Abstract:	知識擴散及其外溢效果為創新之重要驅動力，不同的知識擴散模式，也將對於技術與經濟發展產生影響，因此擁有獨特運作模式的產業標準專利，其知識擴散效果與一般非標準專利的差異，實為值得探討之議題。過去產業標準專利的研究，大多著重於專利持有者在佈局上的策略，而知識擴散之相關研究，則多在應證其對於經濟、創新發展的重要性，缺乏以科技競爭力觀點，分析知識擴散的來源、方向、規模、速率、外部性、訴訟機率及其影響力範圍。因此本研究擬以全球產業標準為標的，分析全球產業技術標準化過程中產生的知識擴散，探究標準專利在科技、組織、產業、國家與法律等構面之效益，進而了解標準專利為產業及國家所帶來的知識經濟效益。
