    Abstract: 企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, 簡稱CSR)在當今社會中的重要性日益增加。現代企業不再只專注於獲利,也被期待承擔更多的社會責任,企業社會責任(CSR)是一直受注重且被關心的議題,主要是企業不僅要謀求經濟利潤,還必須考慮對社會和環境的影響。透過積極參與社區、環境保護和擁抱可持續發展,企業可以發揮更大的積極影響。這有助於建立可持續的商業模式,同時提高品牌聲譽和員工忠誠度。本研究係以M資訊科技公司個案為例,探討科技業在企業社會責任(CSR) 的執行方式,並以質性訪談及國外案例比較的方式瞭解是否將企業社會責任(CSR)做的完善。研究結果表明,建議企業社會責任(CSR)的倡導和實施是企業發展階段的內部關鍵因素。而外部因素則包括滿足國內經濟市場需求,實施符合社會預期的企業社會責任(CSR),並履行企業公民職責。這不僅能增強股東的支持和員工的凝聚力,也能提升企業的社會形象和獲得消費者的認可。本研究結果設計企業執行CSR的評選框架,可為國內科技業實施CSR做參考,進而評估是否能將CSR的理念,更能全面融入其日常營運。發揮企業的核心能力,實現最大的效益。
    The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increasingly recognized in today's society. Modern enterprises are no longer solely focused on profit-making, they are also expected to assume more social responsibilities. CSR has been a consistently emphasized and concerned issue, primarily because enterprises must not only seek economic profits but also consider their impacts on society and the environment. By actively participating in community, and environmental protection, and embracing sustainable development, enterprises can exert a more positive influence. This helps to establish a sustainable business model while enhancing brand reputation and employee loyalty. This study uses the case of M Information Technology Company to explore the implementation of CSR in the technology industry, employing qualitative interviews and comparisons with foreign cases to understand whether CSR is being comprehensively implemented. The results indicate that the advocacy and implementation of CSR are internal key factors in the enterprise development stage. External factors include meeting domestic economic market demands, implementing CSR in line with social expectations, and fulfilling corporate citizenship duties. This not only strengthens shareholder support and employee cohesion but also enhances the company’s social image and gains consumer recognition. The results of this study design a selection framework for CSR implementation by enterprises, which can serve as a reference for the domestic technology industry to implement CSR and further assess whether the CSR concept can be fully integrated into daily operations to maximize benefits by leveraging the enterprise's core capabilities.
