    題名: 新北市公立國中教師知覺共享領導、教師心理資本與工作投入關係之研究
    A study of the relationship among Teachers’Shared Leadership, Teacher Psychological Capital, and Job Engagement in Public Junior High School in New Taipei City

    摘要: 本研究旨在探究新北市國民中學教師共享領導、教師心理資本及教師工作投入之現況、相關情形及其結構模式。研究方法為問卷調查法。本研究之問卷資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、使用process檢測中介效果進行統計分析。
    基於研究結果與討論,歸納出以下結論:
    一、新北市國民中學教師感知共享領導具中高程度;
    二、新北市國民中學教師心理資本具中高程度;
    三、新北市國民中學教師工作投入具中高程度;
    四、不同性別、年齡、任教年資、擔任職務對教師心理資本具有顯著差異;
    五、不同性別、任教年資及擔任職務在教師工作投入具有顯著差異;
    六、新北市國民中學之教師知覺共享領導、教師心理資本與工作投入各構面及整體間呈現顯著正相關;
    七、教師心理資本在教師共享領導與教師工作投入具有部分中介效果;
    最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,俾提供後續研究之參考。
    This study aimed to explore the current situation, correlations, and structural model of teachers’shared leadership, teacher psychological capital, and job engagement among junior high school teachers in New Taipei City. The research method used is a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire data of this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and statistical analysis of mediation effects using the PROCESS method.
    Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions are summarized:
    1.Junior high school teachers in New Taipei City perceive a medium to high level of shared leadership;
    2.Junior high school teachers in New Taipei City possess a medium to high level of psychological capital;
    3.Junior high school teachers in New Taipei City exhibit a medium to high level of job engagement;
    4.There are significant differences in teacher psychological capital among teachers of different genders, ages, years of teaching experience, and positions held;
    5.There are significant differences in job engagement among teachers of different genders, years of teaching experience, and positions held;
    6.There is a significant positive correlation between perceived shared leadership, teacher psychological capital, and job engagement in various dimensions and overall among junior high school teachers in New Taipei City;
    7.Teacher psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between shared leadership and job engagement of teachers.
    Finally, based on the research results, relevant suggestions are proposed for reference in subsequent studies.
