With the progression of globalization and rapid urbanization, many regions are facing challenges such as the outflow of young and middle-aged populations, economic decline and cultural lost. Taiwan, drawing inspiration from Regional Revitalization policy introduced by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in 2014, has attempted to cope with regional issues through regional revitalization five-key-aspect policies. Based on the service-dominant logic, this study aims to explore how regional revitalization organizations and their stakeholders co-create value. Goldfish Space facilitates the exchange and matching of resources among value co-creators. In the context of regional revitalization, value co-creation means that regional revitalization organizations and stakeholders can share resources and exchange information and knowledge to collaboratively solve problems. Through knowledge sharing, regional revitalization organization and its stakeholders can learn from each other, enhance cooperation, and promote local innovation and development. This study finds that Goldfish Space as an intermediary in Toucheng township promotes stakeholders’ interaction and communication through three primary knowledge-sharing ways: the Toucheng Art Festival, the Summer Residency Program and the Youth Entrepreneurship Program. These initiatives enhance the interaction among stakeholders, it not only promotes the preservation of Toucheng history and traditional crafts, providing local artisans with opportunities to showcase their works to conveying their personal emotion, but also improves the entrepreneurial and employment environment in Toucheng. |
