Abstract:	產品日新月異，各類電子產品朝向AI智能應用，對於散熱元件的散熱效能，要求不斷的提升。台灣散熱產業的廠商研發技術及服務品質不斷的提升。而散熱供者也結合上游與中游提供更多的散熱模組產品，此散熱材料與散熱產業競爭者眾多。又因應全球政治因素與大陸嚴控管制封城導致失衡效應，以致供應鏈大遷徙至南進前往越南計劃。而個案G公司並透過品牌推廣各項活動和有效推動新品研發企劃。另外也參與與客戶遷徙南進越南計劃，來吸引系統客戶消費者喜愛以增加產業的競爭優勢。 G公司改變傳統思維整治，讓傳統的製造散熱材料改造成自動化機器管控製造工廠。而自動產線，可兼顧品質與產能，是G公司敏捷與堅持永續經營想法。此計畫以先行者優勢可快步超越競爭對手得取更有優勢賽道戰略。鞏固G公司在大陸移地之舊用客戶之服務，又可跨入新市場新客戶供應鏈區域之優勢。而對台商客戶來說又增加供應鏈之強大環境。這也是G公司南進越南想要成長超前布局策略之外也想將事業版圖擴大的長久經營理念。
