    Abstract: 近幾年來ESG議題興起,企業及大眾開始注重其經營過程中可能對環境及社會帶來的影響,使得企業要達到永續經營,需將環境及社會因素納入考量。尤其對於傳統化學產業來說,為了因應此趨勢,除了需要形成創新策略,讓公司得以轉型並持續獲利,面對政府單位日漸嚴峻的條規,也需形成ESG創新策略,讓公司得以永續經營。
    因此,本研究以傳統化學合成製品公司為研究對象,將公司的使命、願景及價值觀融入公司策略,並且深入了解公司的內部優勢及外部機會,透過ESG-SO計分卡的分析,形成專屬於公司的ESG創新策略。接著,再應用永續平衡計分卡,透過策略地圖的展開,讓策略可具體地執行,協助傳統企業轉型,得以在競爭的環境中永續經營。
    In recent years, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues have become increasingly prominent. Both businesses and the public are paying more attention to the potential impacts of their operations on the environment and society. For a company to achieve sustainable operations, it must consider environmental and social factors. This is particularly crucial for traditional chemical industries, which must develop innovative strategies to transform and continue to profit amidst this trend. Additionally, facing increasingly stringent regulations from government authorities, companies need to develop ESG innovative strategies to ensure sustainable operations.
    Therefore, this study focuses on a traditional chemical synthesis company, integrating the company's mission, vision, and values into its strategy. By deeply understanding the company's internal strengths and external opportunities, and through the analysis of the ESG-SO scorecard, a company-specific ESG innovative strategy is formulated. Subsequently, the sustainable balanced scorecard is applied, and through the deployment of a strategy map, the strategy can be concretely implemented, assisting traditional enterprises in their transformation and enabling sustainable operations in a competitive environment.
