With the rise of sustainable society concepts, the future innovation strategies of enterprises depend on the collaborative efforts of various stakeholders within the ecosystem and the shared claims of the entire system, thereby achieving sustainable development and creating value. This study focuses on a research center in Taiwan, aiming to re-examine its operational model from an ecosystem framework perspective. Utilizing the H-EHA model of humanity innovation, which is based on four claims—Humanity, Ecosystem, Hub, and Asterism—the research center acts as a central hub. From the perspective of customer needs, it establishes an ecosystem to promote collaborative co-creation, achieving business growth and expansion goals. The study employs the H-EHA model as a strategy formation tool. By leveraging the core claims of the ecosystem, and combining interviews and information analysis, an innovative strategy for the research center is formulated. It is hoped that in the future, mutual benefits with stakeholders can be achieved, promoting progress in both academia and practice, and jointly advancing towards internationalization.
