The concept of sustainability has matured within universal values, leading companies to adopt diverse methods to implement sustainable thinking through social responsibility, resulting in new corporate sustainability strategies. Kramer and Porter (2011) introduce Creating Shared Value (CSV), a concept that explores generating both economic and social value. However, previous studies on CSV lack a qualitative perspective on internal organizational culture, leaving companies without clear guidelines for CSV implementation organizations.

To bridge above mentioned research gap, this study chooses a CSV enterprise, Gogolook, based on "reputation," "economic profitability," and the "ability to solve social problems" as a case study. By employing qualitative research methods, such as participant observations and in-depth interviews, to collect data. In addition, this study combines the theory of CSV and organizational culture to explore how an enterprise deals with CSV issues in the organization.

This study finds out that the value creation tree's applicability, the importance of core business values as well as identifies a link between organizational culture and CSV. It is suggested that the organizational culture influences CSV. Besides, this study identifies three key directions for integrating CSV culture into an organization, including culture establishment, transmission and representation. It is important that business core values, economic and social values and innovative culture are essential elements in building up a CSV culture. Last, this research highlights the importance of middle managers' cultural reception, cultural transmission among employees, and the positive impact of the external brand image on organizational CSV culture.
