    Abstract: 近年來,各國政府與企業對於環境永續的關注度越來越高,循環經濟成為企業成長發展的必要策略,更是下一個世代創造價值的產業。本研究選擇拓展循環經濟影響力為營運核心之企業為研究對象,針對台灣最大的玻璃回收廠-春池玻璃的W計畫為個案分析案例,運用策略形態分析法與策略矩陣分析法研究其商業模式,先以商業模式九宮格說明個案公司目前營運現況,並以策略形態分析法之六大構面分析事業策略現況,之後再以策略矩陣分析未來策略模組,並針對未來策略模組進行環境前提與條件前提之分析,最後從產業生態系統概念描述個案公司的策略模組如何建構生態系統,包括與生態系中所有重要關鍵夥伴的互動關係,希望藉由策略矩陣分析法的邏輯性與系統性分析,呈現個案公司的循環經濟商業模式。本研究貢獻在於藉由探討已經發展成型的循環經濟商業模式,以作為其他企業未來經營策略的參考。
    In recent years, governments and corporations have raised awareness of environmental sustainability. The circular economy has become a crucial strategy for firms’ business growth and development, as well as a value-creation industry for the next generation. This study is conducted by a single case approach and selected a circular economy development project, W Glass, which is initiated by the largest glass recycling factory- the Spring Pool Glass in Taiwan.
    The research is constructed based on the strategic posture approach and strategic matrix analysis. This study firstly addressed the current strategy of the case project by employing the business model canvas. This is followed by the application of the strategic matrix analysis to develop the future strategic modules and the alignments between strategic modules and both external environmental and internal resource premises. Lastly, an ecosystem perspective is adopted to demonstrate how the case company interact with and contribute to its key stakeholders in the business ecosystem.
    This study contributes to the practice of strategy by presenting a logical and systematic analysis of the circular economy business model, which provide valuable references for managers to develop a circular economy strategy.
