    Abstract: 產業發展到成熟期後將面臨市場飽和、轉移或是沒落的處境,位於電子業傳統產業的測試設備產業面臨的電子產品的終端使用者習慣變更,影響了傳統桌上型及攜帶型電腦的需求,迎來的是手持式裝置的普及。這樣的產業的轉移變化影響了既有產品的市場佈局及在市場的競爭優勢,進而影響企業的未來發展,如何面對現有環境的變化下企業如何面對及提出有效的轉型將攸關企業生死存亡。
    全球環保議題不斷的被提出及科技的技術進化演進帶來了電動車的大幅成長,電動車的興起不僅帶來了使用者駕車的新體驗,也降低了很多的傳統車廠的造車門檻,雨後春筍的新創公司不斷出現帶來了新的科技創新,也讓電子相關的供應商看了一個新的藍海市場,無不前仆後繼的加入相關電動車領域的競爭,本研究論文聚焦於動力電池測試領域進行研究與分析。
    在傳統的產業面臨到創新的電動車車廠與不同的商業模式衝突下,對內的組織與產品策略如何對應,對外面對快速變動的新產業的崛起競爭者毫不留情的掠奪市場的佔有度,在台灣產業規模與消費市場無法與中國大陸或歐美般的比擬,在資源相對少的企業如何應用既有的優勢及全球化的佈局,讓公司在電動車領域不缺席是值得探討的一個主題。
    After the industry develops to a mature stage, it will face market saturation, transfer or decline. The test equipment filed, which is a traditional industry in the electronics industry. It’s facing changes in end-user habits in the electronics product, which has affected the demand for traditional desktop and portable computers. Leading to the popularity of handheld devices. Such industrial transfer changes have affected the market layout of existing products and their competitive advantages in the market, thereby affecting the future development of enterprises. How enterprises face changes in the existing environment and propose effective transformations will be crucial to enterprises.
    Global environmental issues are constantly being raised and technological advancements in technology have brought about the substantial growth of electric vehicles. The rise of electric vehicles not only brings users a new driving experience, but also lowers the threshold for many traditional car manufacturers to build cars. The lots of new start-up companies has brought new technological innovations, and also traditional electronic-related suppliers to find a new market, They have joined the competition in the related electric vehicle field. This thesis focuses on the field of power battery testing to do further research and analysis.
    As traditional industries face conflicts between innovative electric vehicle manufacturers and different business models, how to do internal organizations and product strategies respond. Externally, they face the rise of rapidly changing new market and competitors ruthlessly plunder market share. The industrial scale and consumer market in Taiwan cannot be compared with those in mainland China or Europe and the United States. In an enterprise with relatively resources limited, how to apply existing advantages and globalize to make company not absent in the field of electric vehicles is worth to study topic.
