    Abstract: 近年來,科技的快速進步帶動了金融業的轉型,機器人理財作為一種新興的金融服務,透過自動化的特性,讓銀行能夠提供更方便、更低成本的投資服務。而低費用、低門檻等特性,也更能吸引理財新手和小資族。

    機器人理財在美國等先進國家中迅速發展。而在台灣,雖然兆豐銀行在公股銀行中率先推出機器人理財業務,但在激烈的市場競爭下,未能在資產規模及使用者數上取得先行者優勢。

    本研究採取文獻回顧及個案研究法,針對國內同業機器人理財業務的架構與功能,進行比較分析,並對兆豐銀行提出機器人理財業務的改進建議。最後探討兆豐銀行的優劣勢條件及金融環境的發展,以滿足客戶的需求、提供更好的投資體驗,讓未來機器人理財業務的發展能更加順利。
    In recent years, the rapid advancement of technology has driven the transformation of the financial industry. Robo-advisory services, as an emerging financial service, leverage automation to enable banks to offer more convenient and cost-effective investment services. The characteristics of low fees and accessibility make robo-advisors particularly appealing to novice investors and individuals with limited financial resources.

    Robo-advisory services have experienced rapid development in advanced countries such as the United States. In Taiwan, despite Mega Bank being the first among government-owned banks to introduce robo-advisory services, it has not been able to establish a pioneering advantage in terms of asset size and user numbers amid intense market competition.

    This study adopts a literature review and case study approach to conduct a comparative analysis of the structure and functionalities of domestic robo-advisory services. Recommendations for improving Mega Bank's robo-advisory services are provided based on the findings. Finally, the study explores Mega Bank's strengths and weaknesses, along with the developments in the financial environment, aiming to meet customer needs, enhance the investment experience, and facilitate a smoother development path for Mega Bank in the field of robo-advisory services.
