    Abstract: 本文研究團體保險的特性並觀察分析市場現況,探究國內人身團體保險市場之樣貌及面臨問題,描述國內團體保險及國際共保市場經營實況。藉由訪談、實務經驗及觀察,以及相關文獻對國際共保之特性及及概念之研究,比對公開資訊及蒐集之業內市場訊息,歸納整理國際共保對跨國企業的質性效益。並對代表性國際共保公司-GEB (Generali Employee Benefit)在台灣市場的經營進行個案研究以探討國際共保業務對壽險業的實際效益。
    研究發現國際共保對跨國際企業具有多項成本及管理上的優點,將隨著企業全球化的程度繼續提升其重要性及普遍性。但此項業務在國內市場僅限於外商在台子公司業務,短期內市場規模難以擴大。此業務雖具有低損失率及較穩定的收益率,可彌補團體保險市場損失率過高的問題。然因規模有限,建議壽險業在市場明顯擴大前無需過度投入,目前已與國際共保有合作關係之業者倘在成本可控情況下應可持續經營維繫國際夥伴關係,以提升客群及企業知名度。
    This article studies the characteristics of group insurance and analyzes the market situation, explores the features and challenges of the domestic life group insurance market, and describes the operation of the domestic group insurance and multinational pooling market. By using relevant literature, interviews, practical experience, and observation to study the characteristics and concepts of multinational pooling, it compares public information and collected industry market information, and summarizes the qualitative benefits of multinational pooling for multinational enterprises. It also conducts a case study on the representative multinational pooling company-GEB (Generali Employee Benefit) to investigate the actual benefits of multinational pooling business for the life insurance industry in Taiwan.
    The research finds that multinational pooling has many cost and management advantages for multinational enterprises, and its importance and popularity will continue to increase with the degree of globalization of enterprises. However, this business is limited to the subsidiaries of foreign companies in Taiwan in the domestic market, and the market size is difficult to expand in the short term. Although this business has a low loss ratio and a more stable return rate, it can compensate for the high loss ratio of the group insurance market. However, due to the limited scale, it is recommended that the life insurance industry does not need to invest excessively before the market expands significantly. The operators who have cooperated with multinational pooling should continue to operate and maintain international partnerships under controllable costs, in order to enhance their customer base and corporate reputation.
