    摘要: 伊斯蘭教是馬來西亞的傳統宗教信仰，馬來西亞全國人口有六成以上為穆斯林，馬來西亞憲法亦明訂伊斯蘭教為馬來西亞的唯一官方宗教。在實際政治運作上，各時期的首相也提出相關的伊斯蘭文化政策，可見馬來西亞伊斯蘭教與政治的關係十分密切。本文希望藉由回顧馬來西亞政教關係的歷史演變，分析伊斯蘭教在各時期的發展及其政治影響力，進而對 1957到2016年之間馬來西亞伊斯蘭教的角色變遷提供一個整體性的關照。
    Islam is a traditional religion in Malaysia, where more than 60% of the population is Muslim, and the constitution stipulates Islam as the only official religion. In practical political operations, each Malaysian prime minister, during his term of office, has also proposed and implemented relevant Islamic cultural policy, showing the quite intimate relationship between Islam and politics in Malaysia. This paper aims to analyze the development of Islam in each term of office and the religion's political influence through a review of the historical evolution of the relationship between Islam and politics in Malaysia; it then provides a holistic view of the changing role of Islam in Malaysia in the period from 1957 to 2016.
