    Abstract: 研究背景與目的:本研究欲探討台灣因新冠肺炎疫情而實施停止上學,改為在家線上學習的狀況,對國、高中生的心理健康之影響。台灣於2021年5月中旬發布三級警戒,使學生日常生活規律發生改變、失去與同儕的社會接觸、螢幕使用提升以及學習環境改變,並可能影響其心理健康。青少年處於快速發展的時期,國、高中生以及男性、女性所面臨到疫情的學習和生活狀況可能不同,對心理健康的影響亦存在差異;此外,過去國外研究考量生活方式的改變主要以日常生活規律、社會連結程度與螢幕使用作為主要影響因素,然而這些影響因素與心理健康的關係,於研究結果上並不一致,且這些研究多分別討論生活方式的改變與在家學習的經驗對心理健康的影響,但甚少討論生活方式的改變與在家學習的經驗之間的關係。因此,本研究旨在探討生活方式的改變與在家學習的經驗對青少年心理健康之影響,研究問題包含:(一)生活方式改變是否可得出日常生活規律程度、社會連結程度與螢幕使用三個因素,並在國中與高中的兩個樣本中,其分別的因素分析是否可能得出同樣的這三個因素、(二)不同年級別(國/高中生)與不同性別於在家學習的經驗、生活方式的改變、焦慮與憂鬱是否具有差異、(三)在家學習的經驗對焦慮和憂鬱的影響,是否受到生活方式的改變之調節、(四)在家學習的經驗和生活方式的改變對焦慮和憂鬱的影響,是否受到不同年級別(國/高中生)與不同性別的調節?研究方法:本研究以台北市國、高中生為對象,於2021年6月底透過學校輔導室,利用網路問卷發放調查問卷,總計有2893位學生參與研究。問卷內容包含性別、年齡、家中經濟狀況等背景資料、在家學習的經驗、生活方式的改變以及青少年的憂鬱與焦慮。統計分析方面,本研究進行相關分析、探索性因素分析、二因子變異數分析以及階層迴歸分析,以回答上述研究問題。研究結果:由探索性因素分析得出生活方式的改變在國中生與高中生群體中涵蓋日常生活規律程度與螢幕使用兩個因素;於二因子變異數分析中,國中生在家學習的經驗和日常生活規律程度較高中生來得好、焦慮和憂鬱程度較高中生來得低、男性日常生活規律程度和螢幕使用分數較女性來得高,在家學習的經驗較女性來得低;於階層迴歸分析中,本研究發現在控制了背景變項後,在家學習的經驗與日常生活規律程度負向預測焦慮和憂鬱,且在家學習的經驗與日常生活規律程度的交互作用以及年級別與在家學習的經驗之交互作用預測憂鬱。結論:停止上學擾亂學生的學習以及日常生活規律,對焦慮和憂鬱有負面影響,然而疫情期間若能維持日常生活的規律性,便越不憂鬱;此外,在家學習的經驗對憂鬱的負面影響,高中生的影響比國中生來得大。
    Background and aims: The purpose of the study is to explore the impact of school closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic and switching to online learning on the mental health of junior and high school students in Taiwan. Taiwan announced the Level 3 alert in mid-May 2021, which has caused students to change their daily routines, lose their social connection with peers, increase screen use, and to change the learning environment. The above situations may affect adolescents’ mental health. Adolescents are in a period of rapid development. Junior high and senior high school students and different gender may face different experience of homeschooling and lifestyle change during the pandemic, which may cause different impact on mental health. In addition, previous studies considered lifestyle changes mainly with daily routine, social connection and screen time as the main influencing factors. However, there are different viewpoints on the relationship between these factors and mental health. Besides, these studies often discuss the impact of lifestyle changes and homeschooling on mental health separately, but few discuss the relationship between lifestyle changes and homeschooling. According to the above mentioned, the study aims to explore the impact of lifestyle changes and homeschooling on adolescents` mental health. Research questions including: (1) Whether lifestyle changes including the three factors of daily routine, social connection and screen use. (2) Whether there are group differences in homeschooling, lifestyle changes, anxiety and depression among students of different genders and grades. (3) Whether lifestyle changes moderate the relationship between homeschooling and mental health. (4) Whether different grades and genders moderate the relationship between homeschooling, lifestyle changes, and mental health. Methods: The subjects of the study were high school students in Taipei City. The questionnaires were distributed through the school counseling center at the end of June 2021, and the study recruited 2893 students eventually. The contents of the questionnaires included background information such as gender, age, family economic status, the experiences of homeschooling, lifestyle changes and the psychological impact of COVID-19 on adolescents. During statistical analysis, the study conducts correlation analysis, factor analysis, two-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis in order to answer the above research questions. Results: In exploratory factor analysis, lifestyle changes include daily routine and screen use among junior and senior high school students. In two-way ANOVA, junior high school students have better experience of homeschooling and maintain better daily routine than senior high school students. Males has higher daily routine and screen use scores are than females, while their homeschooling experience is lower than females. In the hierarchical regression analysis, this study found that after controlling the background variables, homeschooling and daily routine negatively predicted anxiety and depression, and the interaction between homeschooling and daily routine predicts depression. The interaction between grades and homeschooling also predicts depression. Conclusion: School closure disrupts students’ learning and daily routine, which has a negative impact on anxiety and depression. However, if students are able to maintain daily routine during the pandemic, they will be less depressed. Besides, the negative impact of homeschooling on depression was greater for high school students than junior high school students.
