    Abstract: 全球正邁向「2050淨零排放」目標前進,新能源的轉型需求變得迫切,電動車在這股趨勢下,成為我國下一個新興兆元產業,而電動車也翻轉了過往由硬體主宰的汽車產業,進入以軟體定義的時代,這使得傳統汽車廠開始打破企業疆界,尋求產業間的夥伴關係。

    本研究將以鴻海集團成立的MIH電動車開放平台作為個案研究對象,探討MIH所處的電動車產業與位置、建立此生態系須具備的條件,並分析鴻海集團建立的創新生態系如何運作。首先,本研究以開放創新的觀點切入,分析該產業的開放創新來源,歸納鴻海是如何結合自身資源發展策略,接著以創新生態系的基礎,探討核心事業、元件與互補者之間是如何協作,並總結此創新生態系的成功關鍵。

    最後,綜合目前的電動車發展現況,本研究認為鴻海集團未來在經營MIH時,應考量以下面向:規模經濟的達成、扶植電池供應商與MIH的明確定位。
    Since the goal of "Net Zero Emissions By 2050," energy transformation is urgent. Electric vehicles overturned the era of hardware-dominated in the past and entered the era of software-defined. This led traditional car manufacturers to break boundaries and seek partnerships with other industries.

    This study focuses on the MIH established by Foxconn and aims to investigate the position of the electric vehicle industry where MIH operates, the conditions required to establish an innovation ecosystem, and how this innovative ecosystem operates. The study adopts the perspective of open innovation, analyzing the sources of open innovation and how Foxconn combines its own resources to develop its strategy. Furthermore, based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, the study examines how core businesses, components, and complements collaborate with each other, and summarizes the key success factors of the innovative ecosystem.

    In the end, based on the current industry development, the study suggests that Foxconn should consider achieving economies of scale, supporting battery suppliers, and clarifying the positioning of MIH in the future.
