| Abstract: | 現今的經營模式中，多數的企業會以最有效率的方式專注在少數可以帶來大量獲利的產品上，所以才產生「80/20法則」。而網際網路的興起讓更多元的商品被大眾所看見，這些種類眾多但需求量小的利基商品累積起來的市場漸漸地可以跟主流商品的市場相比，此種現象就稱為「長尾效應」。
工業電腦產業應用相當廣泛，包括製造、國防、金融、車載、電信網絡、醫療、博弈、收銀…等，又有著客製化、少量多樣、高毛利率等特點，這些特性都與長尾理論相符合，因此工業電腦發展多年來已被證實存在著長尾效應。
固態硬碟儲存裝置廣泛應用在各式的電子產品中，是一種需求量很大且價格波動也很大的產業，普遍被認為是需要遵守80/20法則銷售的產品。本論文研究應用於工業電腦上的固態硬碟儲存裝置，由於終端使用的多樣化，因此也繼承了工業電腦產業的客製化、少量多樣、高毛利率等特性，透過個案公司的營收分析也證實了這種利基型儲存裝置也存在著長尾效應，最後再去探討長尾產品的經營及管理策略。
In today`s business model, most companies will focus on a few products that can bring a lot of profits, so there is the "80/20 rule". The Internet allows more products to be seen by the public. These niche product markets with many types but small demand can be compared with the mainstream product market. This is called "the long tail effect".
The industrial computer industry has a wide range of applications, including manufacturing, national defense, finance, vehicle, telecommunications, medical, gaming, cash register, etc., and has the characteristics of customization, small quantity and variety, and high gross profit margin. Therefore, industrial computers have been proven to have a long tail effect.
Solid state drives are widely used in various electronic products. It is an industry with a large demand and a large price fluctuation. It is generally considered to be a product sold according to the 80/20 rule. This paper studies the solid-state storage devices applied to industrial computers. Due to the diversification of end uses, it also inherits the characteristics of the industrial computer industry such as customization, small amount and variety, and high gross profit margin. Through the revenue analysis of the case company It also confirms that this niche storage device also has a long-tail effect. At the end of the article, we will discuss the operation and management strategies of long-tail products. |
