    Abstract: 2020年疫情席捲中國時,唯有互聯網相關產業逆行而上,其中電子商務更是大放異彩,恰逢中國脫貧攻堅戰關鍵年,電商能夠打破疫情下管控的限制,保障了農村地區產品的銷售。但農村電子商務並非新鮮事物,中國於1997年開起了電子商務時代,2009年中國出現三個淘寶村,此後農村電商從農戶自發逐漸轉向了電商平台協作、政府政策扶持的規範發展階段。其中,江蘇省睢寧縣沙集鎮東風村尤為特殊,其網商發展並非源於村莊原有產業,且在後續成長過程中很快輻射到周邊地區,走出一條農民電商的致富之路。本文通過文獻分析法與深度訪談對沙集鎮進行研究,從電商、政府治理、農村社會資本、扶貧方式入手,在傳統電商企業與消費者互動的基礎上,根據沙集淘寶鎮的發展歷程提出網商村概念,從政府、電子商務平台、消費者、農村居民和企業四個主體出發,分析其在網商村發展過程中的互動以及產生的影響,最終提出網商模式可複製的優勢與缺陷。
    When the epidemic swept through China in 2020, only the Internet-related industries were moving forwards. Among them, e-commerce was even more brilliant. It was a crucial year in China`s fight against poverty. E-commerce was able to break through the restrictions of control under the epidemic and ensure the sales of products from rural areas. However, rural e-commerce is not new. China started the e-commerce era in 1997. In 2009, three Taobao villages appeared in China. Since then, rural e-commerce has gradually shifted from the spontaneous development of farmers to the standardized development stage of e-commerce platform collaboration and government policy support. Among them, Dongfeng Village is particularly special. The development of its e-commerce business did not originate from the original industry of the village, and soon spread to surrounding areas in the subsequent growth process, paving the way for rural residents to become rich through e-commerce. This paper studies Shaji Town through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, starting with e-commerce, government governance, rural social capital, and poverty alleviation methods. On the basis of the interaction between traditional e-commerce enterprises and consumers, according to the development process of Shaji Taobao Town, this paper proposes the concept of e-commerce village, starts from the government, e-commerce platform, consumers, rural residents and enterprises, analyzes their interaction and influence in the development process of e-commerce village, and finally proposes the replicable advantages of the e-commerce model with defects.
