Abstract: | 兒童虐待,係指父母或其他成人、持續虐待兒童(指未滿十八歲者)或持續性不能給孩子需要的照顧和保護,而造成兒童身體、精神和人格上的傷害。據許多研究指出兒童遭受虐待往往為一長時間連續或間斷的歷程,此對兒童身心及社會適應皆會有重大影響,甚至此影響會延續到成年後之個體與生活樣態,或導致相關心理疾患顯現, 然適時適切的外力資源介入可阻斷虐待的發生及代間傳遞,並協助受虐兒童修復創傷影響。而本文旨在透過文獻探究與回顧以完整性瞭解兒童虐待議題,主要探究兒童虐待定義、類型與現況,及兒童虐待的影響,並更聚焦兒童虐待心理治療的形式與成效,而經文獻梳理發現依兒童的發展脈絡有不同適切的心理治療形式,且透過治療歷程宣洩情緒、賦能及適切行為與自我概念建立,對受虐兒童有好的治療成效,且於歷程中相關影響治療成效因子之鞏固,更強化治療的效果及加速治療歷程。而於文末亦形成結論與建議以提供有關單位與實務工作者參酌。 Child abuse refers to the continuous abuse of a child under the age of 18 by a parent or an other adult , or the continuous withholding of attention and protection for the child in need, resulting in physical, mental and personality harm to the child. Many studies have pointed out that abuse significantly impacts a child s physical, psychological and social adaptation, and the impact will continue into adulthood, or lead to mental disorders. However appropriate outside intervention can interrupt the occurrence of abuse and intergenerational transmission, and help repair the trauma in abuse children. This article review ed the literature to understand the issue of child abuse. First, the author explored the definition, types, current status subsequent impact and conditions of child abuse . In addition, the author focused on the form and effectiveness of psychotherapy, and explore d the personal resilience and protective factors in the children ecosystem, and how these factors impact the effectiveness of psychotherapy. Literature review indicates that appropriate form s of psychotherapy that are consistent with the child`s development process can empower the abused child, help establish appropriate behavior and self concept, and exert a positive impact. Moreover, consolidating protective factor s during the psychotherapy process can enhance therapeutic effect and accelerate the course of treatment. In conclusion, the article offered recommendations for relevant departments and psychotherapists. |
