Abstract:	During the past two decades, we have seen many IT companies making business transformations to survive in this dynamic technology environment. Dell Technologies Inc. is one of the companies that transited itself from a PC maker to a cloud-focused IT solutions provider. Cloud computing has become a mainstream technology and the fastest-growing business in the global IT industry for the next five to ten years. This research paper is based on Dell Technologies Inc.`s point of view to analyze the cloud market and the competitors to develop the strategies through several strategic frameworks for Dell, a new player in the cloud market, to expand its cloud business.
