Abstract: | 從青春期的沉悶到存在催眠治療的建立,至今已越四十個年頭。回首過往,我看到自己 一直在尋找一條行動之路,踐行之路。這條路如今已可指認出其中變換的風景,也就讓 我可以將之名為:追尋人文世界的心理學;進入現象學的機緣與奮鬥;本土心理學的召 喚;與余德慧同行;倫理行動:倫理療癒的專業踐行;心理師的養成;意識狀態的探究 與存在催眠治療的建立;與其他學派的對話;邁向實踐有效性的淬煉以及照顧哲學的開 拓等十個疊加的主題。作為個人生命歷程,我的一路走來是一個個特定的生命機緣所串 連,對他人難說有何意義。而作為在台灣心理學之路上做出選擇採取行動的一個例子, 或許對於如我成年初期時徬徨的年輕學子來說,可以參考的是其中方法取向的選擇;在 建制中生存;師友的緣聚;為學生後進負責以及開放到環境機緣中成長等經驗。以這樣 的想法,我作了自我整理,在此呈現的是從臺灣本土心理療癒現象出發,走向人類心理 普同性理論與臨床實踐的心理學之路。回首過往,我看到自己一直在尋找一條行動之路,踐行之路。而從青春期的沉悶到存在催眠治療的建立,至今已越四十個年頭。作為個人生命歷程,我的一路走來是一個個特定的生命機緣所串連,對他人難說有何意義。然而作為在心理學之路上做出選擇採取行動的一個例子,或許對於如我成年初期時徬徨的年輕學子來說,可以參考的是其中方法取向的選擇;在建制中生存;師友的緣聚;為學生後進負責以及開放到環境機緣中成長等經驗。若這些經驗能讓年輕的學生與學者放開憂慮,安心往自己的人生路途邁進,對我來說是非常榮幸的事。以這樣的想法,我做了自我整理,在此呈現的是從臺灣本土心理療癒現象出發,走向人類心理普同性理論與臨床實踐的心理學之路。我非常感謝有這個機會寫下一路走來自己心境中的本地風光。這條路如今已可指認出其中變換的風景,也就讓我可以將之名為:追尋人文世界的心理學;進入現象學的機緣與奮鬥;本土心理學的召喚;與余德慧同行;倫理行動:倫理療癒的專業踐行;心理師的養成;意識狀態的探究與存在催眠治療的建立;與其他學派的對話;邁向實踐有效性的淬煉以及照顧哲學的開拓。接下來我也會隨著不同主題的陳述,列舉出這些年來我的相關學術發表,這是為了讓這個發展本土心理治療與諮商的歷程「信而有徵」。 It has been almost 40 years as I was an adolescent with oppressed feelings to now a psychologist proposing a new psychotherapy named as existential hypnotherapy. As I look back, I find myself always searching for a path for action, a path of praxis. Now it has become clear the various scenes in my life as I went through it, which can be named as searching for the psychology in humanistic world, the learning of phenomenology, the calling of indigenous psychology, companionship with Dr. Der-Heuy Yee, ethical acts: the professional practice of ethical care, training young psychologist, investigating the state of consciousness and founding existential hypnotherapy, dialogue with other approaches, toward practical effectiveness and efficacy, and advancing to the philosophy of care. As an individual’s life process, my journey is hardly to be important for anyone, since it only consists of a series of particular events. It may be meaningful, however, for those young men and women in the path of psychology who are as perplexed as I was in my youth. My experiences in choosing an approach, surviving in the system, finding your own group, taking responsibility for students and opening to the given for growth, might be useful examples for their reference in making decision and taking action. With this direction, what I present here is a path from the local healing phenomena in Taiwan to a universal theory of human suffering and clinical practice. |
