    Abstract: 甲男乙女為夫妻,有子女A、B、C三人。A留在家中與甲從事農耕工作,B、C則於出國留學後,長年居留國外。甲生前立遺囑委託乙指定應繼分。甲死後,乙認為A對家裡貢獻最多,乃指定A之應繼分為二分之一,剩餘之二分之一由乙、B、C三人均分。B、C認為分配不公,乃主張甲委託乙指定應繼分之遺囑為無效。問B、C之主張是否可行?
