    Abstract: 有鑑於環境保護,電動車在可見的未來將逐漸成為人類運輸工具的主力,而電動車若要完全取代目前以內燃機動力為主的運輸工具,如何提升動力來源以及如何儲存電能係為兩大關鍵門檻;除此之外,如何提升電動車的續航力,提升電池的比容量,如何讓電池的充電時間縮短,提升充電速度,亦是電動車提高運輸工具市場佔有率以及取代目前動力模式的核心議題。由此觀之,先進的電池是解決電動車提升動力來源以及儲存電力的解決之道。目前電動汽車市場最主流的議題莫過於對高倍率快速充電電池的需求,以先進鋰離子電池儲能元件快速充電解決電動車市場因電池慢充快放所產生的充電時間冗長的問題。據此,本研究係討論高速充電車載電源系統的商業模式,發現高速充電車載電源系統必須在電池製造商的專利技術下,減少電池製程的不穩定性以及電池製程開發成本,以滿足消費者高充電速度以及高續航量能、高循環壽命、體積輕薄、安全性、以及成本負擔的需求。對於高速充電車載電源系統的未來展望,係可與電動車車體輕量化技術整合,讓電動車產業進入下一波的革新。
    In the light of environmental protection, electric vehicles could become the main transportation, and also could replace the vehicles powered by internal combustion engines once the thresholds of the improvement of power source and the mechanism of power storage could be surpassed. Furthermore, the endurance of electric vehicles, the capacity of the battery, the time of battery recharging, the speed of recharging, are the centers for the market of electric vehicles. For that, the advanced battery is the answer to improve the power of the electric vehicle as well as the power storage, and how to combine the development of advanced lithium-ion battery with the market of the electric vehicle is a critical issue. Hence, the paper is to discuss the business model of a high-speed vehicle power charging system. Through the discussion, this system should be satisfied with consumers in the demands of high charging speed, high power endurance, high recycle life, lightweight, safety, and affordability, by decreasing the instability and the costs of battery manufacturing under the management of patented technology. For the future perspective of high-speed vehicle power charging system, it can be integrated with the lightweight technology of electric vehicle body, to bring the electric vehicle industry into the next revolution.
