    Abstract:   隨著科技的進步,商業模式及型態愈來愈多變,產業的界線亦愈加模糊,近年來,許多企業紛紛轉變為生態系思維,不論是新興企業,還是成熟的既有企業,皆冀望以此獲得更陡峭的成長曲線,然而對於生態系的定義及策略有許多不同的觀點,故本研究嘗試結合前人的觀點,提供欲建立生態系的企業或欲加入生態系的企業,一個具有理論支持的參考架構。
      本研究結合‪Ron Adner‬、‪James F. Moore‬、Michael G Jacobides、Carmelo Cennamo‬、Annabelle Gawer等學者的觀點‬,建立一分析架構,從解構生態系的元素開始,接著評估生態系的生命週期,最後分析生態系的策略。‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
      本研究以Intel近年推出的EVO平台作為個案,分析一成熟的產品,如何以生態系策略的方式實現創新。根據本研究的分析,發現Intel的生態系元素完整,作為核心企業的Intel,利用其領導廠商的優勢,制定一明確的認證指標,確保生態系的競爭力及維持生態系的一致性。此外,該生態系目前正處於擴張的階段,因此行銷的投資為首要任務,若能吸引生態系中的其他廠商以及終端消費者,則有利於生態系的成長。
      最後,本研究從個案分析中,嘗試提出建立生態系的順序,以及策略重點,並詳細說明行銷投入為管理採用鏈風險的手段之一。
    With the advance of technology, there are different types of business models. In recent years, the term “ecosystem” has been one of the most popular strategy because the boundaries of a single industry have been blurred. Not only start-up companies but also existing companies want to grow their business by being a part of an ecosystem. However, there are many different views on the definition and strategy of it. This research provides a framework with those who want to establish or join an ecosystem by integrating different views of ecosystem strategy.
    To establish an analysis framework which includes analyzing the elements of an ecosystem, defining the life cycle of it and analyzing the strategy, this research considers the views of Ron Adner, James F. Moore, Michael G Jacobides, Carmelo Cennamo, Annabelle Gawer and other scholars.
    This research conducts a case study on the EVO ecosystem of Intel to analyze how to make innovation of mature products by ecosystem strategy. As a focal firm, Intel established EVO ecosystem with four elements and clear indicators to ensure partners’ alignment and ecosystem’s competitiveness. Moreover, EVO ecosystem is on the expansion stage of ecosystem life cycle which need marketing investment to attract more partners.
    To sum up, this research offers a procedure of establishing an ecosystem and gives a detail of the adoption chain risk management.
