Abstract: | 本研究觀察到現在金融科技市場正在蓬勃發展,各國均積極的瞄準金融市場的痛點,並搭配新興科技試圖解決消費者於金融服務中所遇到的問題。故本研究透過歸納與分析國內外在市場上較為成功的金融科技公司商業模式的發展,其中包含SoFi、Lemonade、Clover Health以及富果、麻布記帳及阿爾發金融科技公司,試圖以商業模式畫布與策略行銷4C理論進行分析,歸結金融科技公司從剛創立到其站穩腳步的關鍵因素與著力點,並分別為以顧客導向、科技導向、顧客導向三大不同面向的金融科技商業模式之著力點,利用策略4C的架構做出各種不同商業模式著力點下應該注重的關鍵成功要素與發展順序指引,希望能給予未來希望踏入金融科技領域但苦於資源有限的新創公司一些實務上的建議。本研究最後更透過分析國外著名支付平台Stripe於創業初始發展至今的產品擴張過程,重申金融科技發展的著力點雖可被分類成三大面向,但最後成功的公司往往會觀察其與市場的不足,進而去優化公司內部於顧客面、科技面、數據面的服務,是為整合式金融科技商業模式之運用,而三種面向來回補強更形成公司發展重要的動態循環,進而打造金融科技公司於市場的競爭優勢。 Fintech is developing rapidly in these years. The financial institutions in every countries are focusing on the inconvenience that customers faced and try to use the technology to solve the problem in the financial market. This study tried to categorize and analyze global and Taiwan’s successful Fintech companies through using business model canvas and 4C Framework of Strategic Marketing Analysis, including SoFi, Lemonade, Clover Health, Fugle, Moneybook and Stripe. The study finds out the key successful factors from start-up to establish corporate. Then the study put the factors into 3 Fintech business model: customer-oriented Fintech business model, Technology-oriented Fintech business model and data-oriented Fintech business model and hope it can give some practical advice to the start-up Fintech company (which lack resources and funds)in the future. This study analyze the example of integrative Fintech business model, Stripe, which is a global famous payment service company and tried to elaborate once the company wants to be successful, it should observe itself capability and recurse from customer, data and technology to form a dynamic loop and build the competitive advantage in the Fintech market. |
