    Abstract:   面對中美貿易/科技戰,所引發的中國半導體產業自主國產化,及防疫所帶來的遠端工作、教育、殺菌、消毒需求。對於功率半導體元件,金氧半場效電晶體及電源管理IC的相關需求量與日俱增。
      而5G、物聯網、車用電子、電動車、快充電源等新應用的崛起,更帶動氮化鎵、碳化矽等第三代化合物半導體元件,未來的發展性及龐大商機。而金氧半場效電晶體更是其中重要的指標性分離式半導體功率元件。
      在此市場快速成長,需求及商業利益驅使之下,勢必吸引競爭廠商積極投入,導致產業競爭加劇。
      本論文研究主要以個案公司為例,探討問題如下
    (一)個案公司所處的外部總體環境、產業狀況、自身內部擁有的核心
    能耐、資源、優劣勢及面對外部競爭上的機會與威脅為何?
    (二)新創功率半導體元件設計公司,在面臨資源貧乏、產業高度競爭
    下的商業模式。
      本研究採用質性個案研究方法, 輔以相關文獻資料及多年產業實務經驗,透過PEST分析、五力分析、行銷4C分析、SWOT分析等理論基礎,整理歸納,個案公司面對產業外部環境變動及公司內部如何調整產品結構、整合資源的商業模式。
      由本研究之結果可得知:個案公司雖然在規模及資源上,相對於市場上同類型功率半導體元件設計公司為小且匱乏,但可在目標區隔上,藉由快速的元件、製程、封裝設計垂直整合能力,提供具差異化,核心技術競爭力的功率模組及高效能產品組合及平台。
      並透過策略合作、結盟上下游供應商、系統品牌商、方案商及產品互補、競合夥伴,整合資源、強化品牌及增加佈建市場銷售通路、降低成本取得優勢、增加盈收、提升客戶體驗,以鞏固在中國、台灣功率半導體元件市場地位。
    Facing the autonomous localization of China’s Semiconductor industry caused by U.S.-China Trade / Technology war and the remote work / education, sterilization and disinfection needs caused by the epidemic prevention, the demand for power semiconductor devices: MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) and Power Management ICs is increasing day by day. And, the rise of new applications such as 5G, Internet of Things, automotive electronics, electric vehicles and quick charging power product will also drive the future demand and huge business opportunities for third-generation compound semiconductor components such as gallium nitride and silicon carbide.
    The metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor is one of the important indicative power discrete components.
       Driven by the rapid growth of this market demand and commercial interests. It is bound to attract active investment from competing manufacturers leading to intensified industry competition.
       The study in this thesis mainly takes the case compony as an example to explore the research questions and try to put forward the answer.
       (1) To analyze the case company and obtained that; What’s its external environment, core competence, resources, strengths, weaknesses and the opportunities and threats faced by external competitors?
       (2) The business model of a small start- up power semiconductor device design-house with few resources in the face of highly competitive industry.
       The study adopts qualitative case analysis method supplemented by relevant literature and years of industrial practical experiences through PEST analysis, five forces analysis, marketing 4C analysis, SWOT analysis and other theoretical foundations to organize and summarize the company’ business model that face changes in the external environment and how the company internally adjusts its product portfolio structure and integrates resources.
    According to the results of the study, We can be obtained:
       Although the case company is small and scarce in terms of scale and resources compared to the design and manufacturing companies of the same type of power semiconductor components in the market, However, it can provide differentiated, core competence competitive power modules and high efficiency product portfolios and platforms by vertical integration capabilities of devices, processes and packaging design in the target segment.
       And thru strategic cooperation to form alliances with upstream and downstream suppliers, system providers, solution providers, brand owner and partners to integrate resources, strengthen brand, increase market sales channels, reduce costs, gain advantages, increase revenue and customer’ experience to achieve the strong position in China and Taiwan power device market.
