摘要:	近年來，隨者手機的日益普及，傳統住宅電話調查面臨了無法接觸只靠手機與外界聯繫受訪者的問題，包含手機與住宅電話樣本的雙底冊電話調查則能克服這涵蓋率不足的問題。進行雙底冊電話調查需要決定樣本如何配置，本研究透過台灣的經驗資料，在調查成本既定的情況下，找出讓估計精確性最佳的手機與住宅電話樣本配置。 With the increase of cell phones in the past years, traditional landline survey face a new challenge to reach respondents who have only cell phone connections. Dualframe telephone surveys that use both landline and cell phone sampling frames can overcome the incompleteness of coverage. Designing a dual-frame telephone survey requires a decision on the sample allocation. In this paper, we present results that designers of dual-frame survey can use to determine an allocation of samples that optimizes the precision of the survey estimates for a given cost by using Taiwan data.
