    摘要: 運輸設施在都市基盤設施中扮演重要的角色,透過提升交通可及性,運輸投資會增加都市開發的土地供給,帶動人潮、產業的發展。諸多的因素對人口、產業、土地使用等產生變化,為縣市開發與城鄉結構將帶來重大的影響。此外,許多研究指出都市網絡結構會影響批發及零售業的區位。故本研究以路網之空間結構為出發點,企圖解釋交通建設工程時期下,都市道路網絡對產業於空間分布之影響。
    爰此,本研究以台中市鐵路高架捷運化工程為研究主軸,選擇民國95年、民國100年及民國105年等三個時間斷點,利用交通道路數值圖、工商普查資料為基礎,並運用空間自相關分析、空間型構法則等分析方法,解析鐵路高架化工程時期之路網的空間結構特性、批發及零售業之空間變遷,接著採用典型相關分析建構空間影響模型,探討都市道路網絡與批發及零售業之間的關聯。
    實證結果發現:在空間自相關分析中,批發及零售業整體發展趨勢往外圍之屯區發展,郊區的交通水準隨著路網的建構有提高的情形。在空間影響模型中,不同的地理尺度範圍之空間型構指標,對產業呈現不同的相關程度。最後,根據上述分析結果得出,軌道建設若未配合都市計畫等發展策略,易形成區域發展不均衡之現象。
    Transport construction plays an important role in urban infrastructure, transportation investment will increase the population and the development of industries by increasing the land supply. The change of various factors such as population, industries and land management will cause significant impact on urban development and city structure. Moreover, many studies pointed at the structure of network will affect the spatial distribution of wholesale & retail industry, so this study tries to analyze the affection of urban industry by road network during the period of transportation construction.
    Our search focuses on Taichung metropolitan area elevated railway construction, based on the data of urban road network and Industry & Service Census for 2006, 2011 and 2016, utilizing Spatial Autocorrelation analysis, Space Syntax to analyze the road network and spatial distribution of wholesale & retail industry, then we use Canonical Correlation analysis to establish a spatial impact model.
    According to our research, the tendency of wholesale & retail industry trend to develop in periphery area, the level of transport service in suburbs area presents a noticeable increase as the construction of road network. In the spatial impact model, the variables of Space Syntax define the correlation regarding wholesale & retail industry in different Geographical Scales. Finally, our research found that if railway construction do not coordinate the development strategy like urban planning, it may cause the situation of uneven development between regions.
