    摘要: 垂直整合經營模式是指企業拓展其營運到另一個產業並將其產業資源向前或是向後的投入並整合,作為其強化核心競爭力的主要策略。

    A公司為臺灣最具代表性的過濾設備企業,事業體橫跨過濾產業上中下游價值鏈,但隨著大環境與市場變化,競爭漸趨激烈,企業策略調整上下整併相對來得重要,要如何找到企業存續的關鍵命脈,是現階段最重要的議題。

    本研究將以臺灣過濾產業領導企業A公司為對象,以質性研究的方式,探討垂直整合經營模式的實施過程,找出企業的策略走向與提升經營管理模式之方向及建議,希望研究結果能對企業提供經營管理之效益與助於產業競爭力提升。
    The vertically integrated business model refers to the enterprise expanding its operations to another industry and investing and integrating its industrial resources forward or backward as its main strategy to strengthen its core competitiveness.

    Company A is the most representative filtration equipment company in Taiwan, and its business straddles the upstream, midstream and downstream value chains of the filtration industry. However, as the general environment and the market change, competition becomes increasingly fierce, and corporate strategy adjustment is relatively important. How to find the key lifeblood of an enterprise is the most important issue at this stage.

    This study will take the company A, the leading company in the filtration industry in Taiwan as a qualitative research to explore the implementation process of the vertically integrated business model, to find out the strategic direction of the company and the direction and suggestions for improving the management model. In addition, provide the benefits of business management to enterprises and help to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
