    摘要: 本文旨在了解影響自學生生涯抉擇的重要因素以及自學生的生涯抉擇歷程。本研究透過三位研究參與者,進行每人3-4小時的深度質性訪談,並以敘說研究中的「整體-內容」和「類別-內容」進行分析。
    研究者綜合三位研究參與者的生命故事,分析出研究參與者自學經驗中影響生涯抉擇的重要因素,有四個層面:
    一、環境層面
    (一)社會變遷快速;(二)網際網路的發達;(三)實驗教育相關政策興起
    二、學校層面
    生命中的貴人協助與引領
    三、家庭層面
    家庭成員之間的互動氣氛
    四、個人層面
    (一)自我調整的學習能力;(二)自我照顧的復原力;(三)保持彈性與創造力
    研究參與者在走過的自學生涯抉擇旅程可以分成三階段九個主題:
    (一)自學之前:1.個體與環境不適應;2.自我掙扎;3.分離
    (二)自學當下:4.展開冒險;5.危機;6.習得寶藏;7.回歸
    (三)自學之後:8.全新的自己;9.堅持或調整原有的目標
    最後,研究者對研究限制、未來研究、教育實務現場的工作者以及欲走上自學這條路的孩子與家長提出相關建議。
    The purpose of this study is to understand factors and process of self-learning students’ experience on career decision-making. This study adopted in-depth interview as the major research method. Three participants were interviewed and each lasted 3-4 hours. The data were analyzed through “holistic-content” and “categorical-content” approaches from narrative research.
    From three participants’ life story, the researchers attempts to the factors which affect participants’ career decision-making in their self-learning experience. Four important parts are presented as follows.
    1. Environmental level
    (a) rapid social changes;(b) the development of the Internet;(c) the rise of experimental education related policies.
    2. School level
    assistance and guidance of the benefactors in life.
    3. Family level
    the atmosphere and interaction among family members.
    4. Personal level
    (a) self-adjustinged learning ability;(b) self-healing ability;(c) flexibilityle and creativitye
    The participants’ journey of decision-making in self-learning experience can be divided into three stages and nine themes.
    1. Before self- learning: (a) the individual does not adapt to the environment;(b) self-struggles;(c) separation.
    2. During self- learning: (d) embark on an adventure;(e) trials;(f) get treasure;(g) return.
    3. After self- learning:(h) a whole new self;(i) stick to or adjust the original goal. Finally, the study gave suggestions to those who are interested in this field and children and parents who want to do self-learning. Research restriction of this study was also pointed out.
