    Title: 「臺灣文壇上閃亮的恆星」琦君的創造力生命故事:以系統演化觀點分析

    Abstract: 創造力人才的育成,長期以來為各國教育發展的重點議題之一。在制定培養各領域創造力人才的政策與方法上,可透過研究該領域之知名創造性人物,來獲得啟發。本研究係一創造力人才心理傳記研究,以文學家琦君(1917-2006)為研究主體,搜羅關於琦君一生的材料,包含琦君作品、訪談、他人回憶與報導等,鋪陳出琦君的生命故事,再以Csikszentmihalyi和Gruber的兩種創造力系統演化觀予以分析。
    研究結果顯示,琦君的創造力之形成來自於當時文化、文學場域,與自己知識、情感和目的間的相互作用:
    在五四運動與東西文化論戰的時空脈絡下,琦君從文學領域獲得新文學與白話文知識;隨國民政府遷臺後,在當時特殊的政治社會氛圍下,琦君將文學興趣與人生經驗整合成內在價值觀,發展出生命的主題與目的感,不論遭遇何種困難與挫折,她都擁有強烈的意志力與復原力。琦君將思鄉的情感昇華成懷鄉的文學,並透過長期調整目的、知識與情感的動態過程,創造出一系列獨特而溫柔敦厚的作品(變異);琦君以正向情感碰觸當時臺灣社會許多讀者的鄉愁,使她的作品在良師益友推薦的機緣下嶄露頭角,隨即受到編輯與讀者的歡迎(選擇),並逐步發展成為懷鄉文學的典範之一,因而成為文學領域文化遺產的一環(保存)。
      本研究建議,對於文學人才的培育,教育者可引導學生觀察體會有情世界並探索生命的主題與目的感;有意創作者,則宜發展內在動機、主動選擇並養成良好的寫作習慣;環境的機緣有待創作者把握,但只有準備充分者能夠掌握。
    This study is a psychobiography of the famous writer Chi-Chun (1917-2006), primarily aiming to explore and describe the creativity development of Chi-Chun with specific reference to her life story through the use of Csikszentmihalyi and Gruber’s evolving systems of creativity theory. In this single case psychobiographical research design, the theory chosen was systematically used to reinterpret and reconstruct Chi-Chun’s life into an enlightening psychological narrative. Additionally, the collected data were organized and integrated in a conceptual matrix which further guided the analysis, presentation and discussion of the findings.
      The findings of this study showed that Chi-Chun’s creativity is constructed through interactions among the culture, the literary field, her knowledge, affect and purpose:
    In the time and space of the May Fourth Movement and the Eastern and Western Cultural Debates, Chi-Chun obtained the knowledge of new literature and vernacular from the literary domain. In the special political and social atmosphere after the Republic of China’s retreat to Taiwan, Chi-Chun integrated literary interests and life experience into inherent values, and then developed the theme of life and the sense of purpose. No matter what difficulties and setbacks she encountered, Chi-Chun had a strong willpower and resilience. Chi-Chun sublimated her nostalgia into nostalgic literature, and created a series of unique gentle, honest and sincere works (variation) through long-term adjustment of the dynamic process of purpose, knowledge and affect; Chi-Chun touched the audience in Taiwan at that time with her positive affect so much that has made her works emerge with the opportunity recommended by mentors and friends. Chi-Chun’s works then were immediately welcomed by editors and audience(selection), and thus gradually developed into one of the paradigms of nostalgic literature, thus becoming a part of cultural heritage in the literary domain (retention).
      The suggestions of the study for the cultivation of literary talent were as follows: Educators should guide students to observe the sentient world and explore the theme of life and the sense of purpose; Interested creators should build intrinsic motivation, actively choose and develop good writing habits; Environmental opportunities need to be grasped by creators, but only those who are fully prepared can master it.
