摘要:	本論文之研究對象即為研究生本人與其所創辦之組織「甘樂文創志業股份有限公司」及旗下組織「禾乃川股份有限公司」、「台灣城鄉永續關懷協會」。恰逢近年來政府推動社會企業、地方創生政策，皆與其經營型態與經營面向相關，因此也常成為相關議題報導或論壇演講的案例。在台灣一般新創事業前五年失敗的比例高達90%，更何況是一個社會企業，能動盪的大環境中經營10年，在創業家身上與組織當中必定有許多心法與經驗，因此本研究以自我民族誌作為研究方法，採以第一手資料將甘樂文創組織發展歷程與創辦人成長經歷以想法（唯心論）作為內在觀點主導，以及由環境（唯物論）作為外在觀點，真實完整詳細的紀錄與整理解構，可作為後續研究的模型，讓日後的研究者可以了解甘樂文創的建構過程，藉由單一個案更深入不同議題面向的研究，將學術成果帶入龐大的社會系統，成為相關領域工作者可學習、借鏡的資源，讓學術研究能實質為社會結構產生影響。 The subjects of this research thesis are the organization founded by the researcher, "Gan Le Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd.” and its affiliated organizations "HIDEKAWA Domestic Soybean Products Co., Ltd." and "Taiwan Sustainable City and Town Association". In recent years, the Taiwan government has been supporting social enterprises with local business supporting policies . Gan Le Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. has received support from the government and executed related business morphology and operation orientations; therefore, the company has often been in case studies of feature reports or forum speeches. In Taiwan, the start-up failure rate in the first five years is as high as 90%. Gan Le Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd., a social enterprise, has been operating for 10 years, and the founder has gained much entrepreneurial competence and experience in both entrepreneurship and organization management. This study uses “Autoethnography” as a research method using first-hand recorded data from Gan Le Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd.’s organizational development process and the founder`s personal growth experience. The research uses ideas (Ideological Theory) as the guidance of inner perspectives and the environment (Materialistic Theory) as the external point of view recording details of the comprehensive understanding of the evolving structure. and can be used as a model for subsequent research for future researchers to understand the growth of "Gan Le Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd.”. Through this single case, topic-oriented research can be further explored. Gan Le can become a reference for future researchers in related fields, finally merging academic research and the social system together.
