| Abstract: | 台灣從2018年起65歲以上老年人口數達343萬多人超過14%，正式邁入高齡社會，失能人口約79.4萬人，以需求約2成估算，近15.9萬人需要接受住宿型長期照護服務。然而台灣社會對老人長期照護的思維，大多數仍停留在如何提供老人生活照顧的層次，是一種照顧者主動提供服務給受照顧者的模式；長照機構像工廠般，按表操課，不考慮個別差異與個人意願，只提供統一的服務。缺乏從老人心理層面去探討，如何才能滿足老人的心理需求？如何才能讓老人家過得更快樂？ 從受照顧者的需求層面來探討，該提供給老人甚麼服務？該如何提供服務？
本計畫觀察到很多住宿在養護機構老人家不快樂，更讓人難過的是，沒有人在乎他們快不快樂！大家只在意老人家有沒有吃飽？睡好？有沒有忘記吃藥？似乎認為只要讓老人活著，快樂與否？對老人家-不-重-要-。
本計畫企圖以創新的理念及經營策略，引導台灣長照產業往優質服務發展，希望能帶給長輩快樂的晚年生活。
本計畫「返老還童快樂村」的理念
一、激發老人家想要重新找回生活樂趣的動機
二、「減法照顧」、「自立支援」的照護哲學
三、提供優質生活環境對長者身心靈健康產生正面影響
市場定位：台北東區環境最好、照護人員最有愛心、讓長輩最開心的養護機構。
價值主張：為無法自主生活的老人提供全方位身、心、靈的照護，讓老人家感到快樂。
策略及活動：
1. 渡假飯店式建築–千坪公園、交誼廳、健身房、餐廳、KTV、電影院等設施。
2. 屋頂花園–用長輩綽號命名的樹或花，讓長輩自己照顧自己的植物，還可以喝咖啡、曬太陽的交誼場所。
3. 豐富的社團活動–九九社、太極社、卡拉OK社、麻將社、美術社等。
4. 發行返老還童快樂村「鑫台幣」–讓長輩用自己的力量努力賺錢，暢快花錢。
5. 具有服務熱誠的快樂團隊–讓有服務熱誠的專業團隊，將正能量傳遞給長輩，讓老人家健康快樂。
From 2018, the number of elderly people -aged 65 in Taiwan, was reached 3.43 million and more than 14%. It has officially entered an aging society. The disabled population is about 794,000. Based on the estimated demand of about 20%, nearly 159,000 need to receive residential long-term care services. However, most of the Taiwanese thinking about long-term care for the elderly is still at the level of providing basic survived care. Only unified services are provided. Lack of discussion from the psychological level for the elderly. How to meet the psychological needs of the elderly? How can we make the elderly happier? From the perspective, what services should be provided to the elderly? How to provide services?
This plan observes that many elderly people who living in nursing home are unhappy, and even more sad is that people do not cares if they are happy! Only cares about the elderly was full? Sleep well? Have they forgotten to take medicine? It seems that as long as the elderly can survive, happiness is not important to them.
This plan hope to guide the development of Taiwan`s Long-term care industry to high-quality services with innovative ideas and business strategies, wish to bring elders a happy life.

2. Care Philosophy of "Subtractive Care" and "Independent Support"
3. Providing a quality living environment has a positive impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly
Market positioning: the best environment & the workers are the most caring & the elders are the happiest organizations in Taipei`s eastern district.
Value proposition: Provide all-round physical, mental, and spiritual care for the elderly, and make them happy.
Strategy and activities:
Resort-style building with big Leisure Park, saloon, gym, restaurant, KTV, cinema.
Rooftop Garden - A tree or flower named by an elder`s nickname and let the elders take care of their own plants.
Many kinds of club activities - Tai Chi Club, Karaoke Club, Mahjong Club, Art Club, etc.
Issue "Happy Dollars" in Happy Village - encourage elders to make money with their own ability and spend money happily.
With positive energy profession team - Let happy & professional service team deliver positive energy to elders and make the elderly healthy and happy. |
