    Abstract: 在逐漸轉型的汽車產業中,汽車的功能越來越萬全,反之一旦汽車功能停擺
    時所需付出的代價也越高,為了在失效發生之前辨認潛在的失效模式,失效模式
    與效應分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)即為汽車供應鏈中極為重要的風險管理工具。FMEA 透過嚴重度、發生度與難檢度三個風險因子的乘積—
    風險優先數(Risk Priority Number,RPN)來作為評量失效模式的排序參考指標之一,最後依據該排序來採取失效模式的預防措施,經常應用於設計階段與製程階段。
    為了改善傳統FMEA 中的幾項缺點,包含風險因子的評估過於主觀、RPN
    的計算方式不合理與FMEA 的操作經驗傳承不易等,還有個案公司在使用上的
    相關困擾,包含缺乏適合的評分表、相關人員的參與度與認知度的不足等,本研
    究以汽車零件繼電器產業為例,藉由將模糊理論導入於PFMEA 中,將其與傳統
    PFMEA 兩者的結果比較,結果顯示,導入模糊理論確實能夠解決傳統 PFMEA
    的缺點以外,也同時解決個案公司部分的使用困擾。
