Abstract: Taiwan was selected as the 5th most friendly country in the world in 2018 by customers of Booking.com. It is now also the best destination for expats, according to the 2019 Expat Insider survey.
Taiwan is truly a lovely place to live in, and many people from other countries know that. But the biggest challenge they have is how to make a living here. The first thing is to get a job and have a stable income.
It is not that difficult as it seems. The problem we have now is most of the information is too localized, difficult for foreigners to understand and find a proper way to get it started.
The demand of international talents is increasing rapidly, but the barrier still exists. We can see many companies are looking for a better way to enter the global market, but international talents are having difficulties reaching them. What we are trying to do here is to help them to make a “NextStep”. To simplify the whole process and help them to find the best fit for both sides.
This thesis demonstrates the business plan of “NextStep”, including operations, marketing, analysis and revenues.
