    Abstract: 核心課程代表著學門要求學生必要的共同知識與學習經驗,是該學門學科教學的基礎,也是最能表現學門的核心價值,十分重要。面對資訊社會的變遷,學門意涵的改變,圖書館與社會的殷切期待,未來高等教育評鑑等挑戰,圖書資訊學核心課程的探討是重要的議題。本論文旨在從教育標準探討圖書資訊學核心課程發展,研究範圍以美國、大陸與臺灣圖書資訊學核心課程為主。研究目的包括:(1)探討國際圖書資訊學教育標準對於學門意涵的界定與課程的要求;(2)回顧與綜合美國、大陸與臺灣有關圖書資訊學核心課程的研究;(3)調查臺灣地區圖書資訊學碩士班核心課程現況;(4)研究圖書資訊學教育標準對於核心課程發展的啟示。本論文研究方法採用文獻探討與網路內容分析,針對有關圖書資訊學教育標準與核心課程相關文獻進行探討,再利用網站內容分析,針對臺灣大學、政治大學、中興大學、臺灣師範大學、淡江大學、輔仁大學等6校圖書資訊學碩士班課程進行分析研究。最後從教育標準歸納圖書資訊學碩士班核心課程發展原則,以及對於未來學門與課程發展提出建議。 Core curricula present the common knowledge and learning experiences of the academic field and also reflect the core value of the academic field. The article mainly discusses core curricula of library and information science with perspectives from four educational standards. After reviewing some important literature on core curricula of library and information science in the U.S., Mainland China, and Taiwan, the article surveyed core curricula provided by six master`s programs of library and information science schools in Taiwan with web-based content analysis. Finally, some conclusions and further suggestions of curricula development of LIS master`s programs were made.
