Abstract:	《毛澤東私人醫生回憶錄》是毛澤東的保健醫生之一李志綏於1994年所作。由於內容極為敏感，故一直被中共當局禁止入境。《回憶錄》詳細地記錄了由1954年李志綏作為毛澤東的私人醫生開始，到毛澤東於1976年逝世時作結。此書既披露了毛澤東的私生活極為糜爛，也描述了他與中共高層驚心動魄的權力鬥爭過程。筆者認為，關於毛澤東的私生活，由於極為機密，實難考證，加上其對歷史進程無甚關係，故本文不會著墨評論，惟此書於歷史記載方面多有錯誤，必須嚴正指出，以免謬種流傳，積非成是。此書以中共「八大」和整風反右為中心，故在這方面的錯漏之處也比較嚴重，所以本文以毛澤東文稿為主要參考資料，以胡喬木、吳冷西等中共黨內幹部的回憶錄為輔助材料，對這一部分的史事加以考訂和梳理，希望能夠還原歷史的本來面貌。
