    Title: 自動倉儲專案之供應商評選模式分析—以S公司為例

    Abstract: 當企業營運規模逐漸擴大,又受供應鏈上全球化、電子商務、快速回應、及時化生產等趨勢影響,企業對倉儲營運的重視程度越來越高,想透過建置更快速、節省成本以及更有效率的設備來回應市場需求。近年網路普及,再加上機電整合技術進步,越來越多企業考慮投資倉儲自動化解決方案,但投資自動化設備不僅為了減少人力成本、降低運輸時間和減少產品損傷,同時也要增加吞吐量、資訊透明度,更重要的是營運流程和倉儲之間的整合性。
    本研究主要探討企業建置自動倉儲之供應商評選模式分析,以S公司為研究對象,經由訪談法得知個案公司建置自動倉儲之決策源自於適應企業成長,並應用網路層級分析(ANP)法,將決策團隊對供應商之主觀偏好計算出各項平準則之權重大小,最終得以建構一套自動倉儲供應商評選模式。值得注意的是,自動倉儲供應商之評選準則分析結果發現,在三項主要準則中,包含專業態度、容易溝通等的「軟性因素」,與供應商自身技術、科技等「現有能力」,兩者權重相當;而十一項次要準則中以「過往經驗」為所有權重最高者。
