    摘要: 社會捐助的集中化以及政府補助的短缺給部分身心障礙福利機構帶來了經費不足的問題,於是許多社福機構開始建立庇護工場和小型作業所,為機構賺取額外收入的同時也為身心障礙者提供訓練和治療,但由於缺乏相關管理能力,許多庇護工場和小型作業所在實際營運中常遭遇瓶頸,而樂芽作為一家社會企業試圖解決這個問題。
    本研究以樂芽為個案,將樂芽的商業模式與一家具有收入活動的非營利事業以及一家傳統營利事業進行比較,探討樂芽如何設計出不同的商業模式,使企業具備盈利能力的同時又能實現社會價值;此外本研究從供應鏈的角度探討樂芽的社會價值,樂芽在資訊流、需求面、供給面上均為合作的社福機構創造了價值;最後本研究發現樂芽目前存在產能不足、產品品質不夠穩定、參與的小作所同學不足、一般消費者需求不穩定的問題,並提出了建議。
    With centralization of society donation and shortage of government subsidy, some social welfare institutions for the disabled are lacking in budget. Therefore, many welfare institutions start to establish sheltered workshops and small-scale community workshops, to earn extra budget for the institutions, and at the same time, to provide the disabled with training and treatment. However, lacking in capability of management, many sheltered workshops and small-scale community workshops face difficulties in operation. Tribake, as a social enterprise, is trying to solve this problem.
    The research is based on a case study of Tribake. First, the research compares the business model among a social enterprise, that is Tribake, a nonprofit institution with income-generating activity, and a traditional for-profit enterprise, to study how Tribake builds a new business model, which enables the company to make profit and achieve social value at the same time. Then, the research studies the social value that Tribake provides from the aspect of supply chain; Tribake creates value for cooperated welfare institutions from information flows, demand flows, and supply flows. Last, the research finds that Tribake is now facing some problems, such as shortage of production capability, unstable quality, the disabled not fully involved, and unstable demand from consumers, and advise for these problems are provided.
