    摘要: Kırgızca, tarihî ve coğrafi dil ilişkileri açısından çok katmanlı bir dil bilgisel yapıya sahiptir ve bu yüzden çeşitli Türk dillerine özgü tipik özellikleri bir arada bulundurmaktadır. Standart olumsuzluğun kuruluşunda sergilediği çeşitlilik bu yönünü ortaya koymaktadır. Türk dilleri için standart olumsuzluğun tipik morfemi olan -mA dışında, Kırgızcada isim çekimlerine özgü olumsuzluk sözcüklerinin de fiil çekiminde görev alması bu bağlamda değerlendirilebilir. Genel çerçevede Kırgızcadaki standart olumsuzluğun ele alındığı bu çalışmanın yoğunlaştığı temel sorunlar, olumlu ve olumsuz cümleler arasındaki simetrikasimetrik ilişki ve bu özellikleri itibariyle Kırgızcanın Türk dilleri içindeki konumudur. Bu çalışma için söz konusu sorunların çözümünde betimleyici yöntem kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca yeri geldikçe olumsuzluk yapılarının tarihsel gelişimi için karşılaştırma metodundan da faydalanılmıştır.
    Due to its multi-layered structure which is a result of historical and geographical contacts, the Kyrgyz language incorporates many of the features which are characteristic of various branches of Turkic languages. The diversity in the formation of standard negation reveals this aspect of the Kyrgyz language. Despite the fact that, apart from the suffix of verbal negation -mA in Turkic languages, the Kyrgyz language uses also negative words which are typical for nominal inflection in verbal inflection can be evaluated from this point of view. The main problems discussed in this paper concentrate around the symmetric-asymmetric relation between affirmative and negative sentences, and the description of the place of the Kyrgyz language among Turkic languages. The descriptive method is used in this study for pointing to solutions. In addition, the comparative method is used to determine historical development of negative structures
