    Title: 家族企業女婿接班之探討

    Abstract: 一般家族企業接班人的議題,大多針對兒子為接班人來探討,對於由女婿成為家族接班人的研究,顯得較少著墨,而女婿在接班過程中面臨比兒子接班更多的變化與不確定性,是一項較新的研究議題。本研究以家族企業接班中,女婿作為接班人所面臨的挑戰及能夠順利接班的具體作法為研究主題,透過比較女婿接班與兒子接班的異同點,探討女婿接班的挑戰。本研究採個案研究法,分別就女婿接班與兒子接班兩個個案進行研究探討,了解中小型家族企業女婿接班的歷程,探究能夠順利接班的具體作法。並與另一家兒子接班的個案作比較分析,針對研究目的提出結論及建議。研究結果顯示,女婿接班與兒子接班在許多議題上會有所不同,如接班順位的差異、其他大股東因素、管理權掌控的差異、所有權掌控的差異、接班時程的差異、培育與訓練之不同、傳承者的心境、接班者的心態等。因此女婿必須要掌握以下幾項能夠順利接班的具體作法,如取得家族中的定位、取得企業大股東的支持、取得企業管理成員的支持、專業及技術的提升、累積關鍵人脈資源、掌握公司財務狀況、詳實的接班規劃、正確的接班心態,才能提高接班成功機率。
