    Title: 員工薪酬對於企業競爭力之影響
    The influence of employee compensation toward enterprise competitiveness

    Abstract: 本研究以2010年至2017年台灣上市上櫃公司普通股全產業為觀察對象,並以Tobin’s Q作為企業競爭力衡量指標,探討員工薪酬包含薪資及員工福利在內,對於企業競爭力之影響。除員工薪酬以外,亦從以下變數觀察,分別為公司規模、員工流動率、現金轉換週期、董事薪酬、董事持股率及大股東持股率等變數與企業競爭力之關聯性,冀望透過OLS多元迴歸進行實證分析,對於企業績效之競爭力表現,提供更多解釋與預測力。
    本研究數據係採用台灣經濟新報TEJ資料庫,針對影響企業競爭力之相關因素,回顧既有文獻,歸納整理為「廠商特性與管理策略」及「公司治理方針」等二個層面,探討影響企業競爭力的決定因素,以期企業在衡酌提升競爭力及政府單位在訂定整體經濟施政方向時,本研究能盡棉薄之力。實證結果發現:員工薪酬、員工流動率、董事持股率及大股東持股率等因素對企業競爭力有顯著正相關且為影響因素。
