    Abstract: 資訊時代中培育具有資訊素養之國民已成為現代民主國家之必要條件,先進國家如美國早在七十年代已倡導資訊素養理念,並積極推動資訊素養教育活動,目的在教育國民成為終身學習者、獨立與自導式學習者。反觀我國不但遠落於後,又觀念混淆,故撰文試釋資訊素養的意義、內涵及其演變情形,並特別介紹國內外重要資訊素養教育活動之發展現況,期能協助國人對資訊素養觀念上有基本正確之認識。
