Abstract:	海峽兩岸間的統獨對峙，一直是國際間關注的重要課題。隨著二０００年陳水扁先生當選中華民國第十任總統後，這個問題顯得更複雜和詭譎多變。就意識形態而言，陳總統的當選間接將台灣主體意識和大陸國家民族主義的對抗端上檯面。面對這新興的變局，中共對台展開一連串的文攻武嚇行動。因此，在兩岸問題上發展出一套新而有效的分析模型，實為學界和實務上的首要工作。本文引進經濟學中連鎖體系（Chain-Store）塞局模式與國家理論（state theory）之精神，在不同國家職能（state capacity）的前提下，我們設定賽局中台灣和大陸所扮演之不同角色。透過Chain-Store賽局的均衡求解，我們發現中共對台戢略策略的選擇，信譽效果（reputation effect）扮演一個重要的角色，中共之所以不惜一切代價捍衛「一個中國」概念，乃在於這種策略可向其對手（台灣）宣示其為強形態（strong type），維持其信譽所致。這樣的分析結果和中共「大國戰略」、「超限戰」戰略策略有著對應效果，同時，相較於傳統兩岸對峙賽局分析，我們的模型不僅提供了更多的戰略維度，也對既有賽局、決策和衝突與危機處理理論，延伸出更豐富的經驗與現實意涵。
