    Title: 商業銀行債權管理人員人格特質、激勵制度、 主管領導風格與工作績效之研究

    Abstract: 由於新銀行開放,為了衝刺消費金融商品業務,寬鬆的授信政策,導致無擔保放款的「雙卡風暴」,大量的打銷呆帳,侵蝕銀行獲利,為了提昇資產品質,近年一方面緊縮授信政策,另一方面加強呆帳回收,債權管理部門即扮演增加呆帳回收,挹注盈餘的重要角色。
    本研究以台灣某商業銀行之債權管理部門電催人員與非電催人員為研究對象,以問卷調查方式、迴歸分析,研究結果發現,電催人員具親和性、外向性、開放學習性的人格特質與工作績效成正相關;內在報酬、外在報酬的激勵制度皆與工作績效成正相關,但其主管的領導風格(體恤或結構型)與工作績效無法證明有顯著相關。本研究並針對上述之發現提出相關建議,以提供相關業者運用及參考。
