Abstract:	金融監理沙盒制度即將於我國正式上路，其成功關鍵不只在於實驗制度的設計，相關配套機制的建構與到位，更是擘劃制度時不可偏廢的目標。本文嘗試提出三種可行的配套機制，希望能在創新實驗過程中，協助主管機關調節有限的監理資源、提升監理效能，並營造有助於金融業者、非金融者及消費者三方互利共生的永續生態。期盼透過監理制度的創新與優化，在全球金融科技競爭的戰略版圖中享有一席之地。
