摘要:	過去數年，包括TPP 在內的東亞區域經濟整合趨勢中，文化商品是繼農產品之外各國關注的產業領域。雖然TPP 的推動期程因美國政府的反對而停滯，但日本政府仍持續推動其內容產業的海外戰略。對內是透過對企業經營的支援，以及對產業環境的改善，集中資源建立產業的競爭力與資訊的傳播力；對外則是透過FTA 與EPA 的簽署，保障日本智慧財產權在海外市場的利益。 For the past several years, the tendency of economic integration in East Asia made not agriculture but also cultural products become the important field. Although the execution of TPP was stopped because of the opposition of United States, Japan still promoted the overseas strategy of content industry. Domestic policies include the supports to enterprises, the improvement of the industry environment, the establishment of both competitiveness and propagation force. Abroad policies focus on the protection of Japan`s IP benefits through the signature of FTA/EPA.
