    Abstract: 數位化時代的來臨,企業對本身運營模式與價值主張必須要重新審視與調整,尤其在台灣的傳統服務業,面對市場飽和發展停滯的問題,使得企業將數位轉型列為首要任務。而依據Gartner預測,約莫三年全球將會有75%的企業轉型為數位企業,數位轉型必經的將是全盤改變企業的組織架構,亦也考驗企業的決心和資源。眾多台灣企業皆了解數位轉型對於企業革新的重要性,但卻有超過一半以上的企業尚無相應對的策略或躊躇不前。
    本論文為說明市場現況與趨勢,針對企業總體與IT部門現況,進行數位轉型的研究與分析,透過文獻探討數位轉型對公司的影響,並藉由IT領導力、策略、組織與開發四個要點來指出IT面對數位轉型的挑戰與策略。再透過A集團的案例情境分析了每一個流程與步驟,幫助企業找出痛點,翻轉組織內部觀念與策略,並說明如何善用IT部門的專業能力,構成全方位的數位轉型,使得良好的使用者體驗變成戰略的核心。
    最後本研究歸納IT面對數位轉型需具備四大關鍵要素:
    1.具運營思維的領導力。
    2.IT策略應聚焦於創造業務與顧客價值。
    3.打造敏捷、跨部門合作IT組織。
    4.開發以使用者體驗為最高導原則的數位應用。
    透過IDEA的循環包括識別(Identify)、設計(Design)、建構(Engineer)、分析(Analyze)四個步驟,及在本研究中加入A(Alive)等五步驟,建立一個架構完善、整合性強的數位平台,具備智慧與敏捷的能力平台,才能幫助企業核心業務的轉型與運營模式的再造,達到數位轉型的真正價值-降低成本、提高效率與創造利潤。
